Crimson Heart Yoga

Our Mission

At Crimson Heart Yoga, our mission is to inspire and empower children through the transformative practice of yoga. By fostering mindfulness, movement, and self-awareness, we equip kids with tools to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of inner calm.

Through playful, inclusive, and engaging classes tailored for all ages—from toddlers to teens—we aim to nurture happy, healthy, and compassionate individuals. Our classes combine creative movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to help children develop physical strength, emotional balance, and the ability to manage stress. By creating a safe and supportive environment, we encourage kids to explore their potential, embrace their uniqueness, and cultivate skills that will serve them throughout their lives. At Crimson Heart Yoga, we believe in empowering the next generation to thrive with confidence, kindness, and a deep connection to themselves and the world around them.

Instructor Bio

Tara is a passionate yoga instructor, holding a 200 RYT certification along with specialized training in Yin Yoga.  


As a parent, Tara has witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits of yoga for her own children - helping them build focus, manage emotions and gain confidence.  Inspired by this, she recognizes a growing need for classes tai

As a parent, Tara has witnessed firsthand the incredible benefits of yoga for her own children - helping them build focus, manage emotions and gain confidence.  Inspired by this, she recognizes a growing need for classes tailored to children, from toddlers through preteens.  Tara believes yoga can provide kids with essential tools for physical health, emotional balance, and mindfulness, supporting their growth and well-being.

At Crimson Heart Yoga, our classes are designed to support children’s growth and well-being through fun, age-appropriate yoga.


Little Loves (Ages 2-4): Playful classes with stories, songs, and movement to build coordination.

Little Lotus (Ages 5-7): Imaginative poses and games to develop focus, motor skills, and self-confidence.

Brave Blosso

At Crimson Heart Yoga, our classes are designed to support children’s growth and well-being through fun, age-appropriate yoga.

Brave Blossoms (Ages 8-10): Yoga flows and mindfulness tools to build strength, flexibility, and emotional awareness.

Peaceful Warriors (Ages 11-13): Classes focus on stress relief, self-esteem, and resilience through mindful movement and relaxation techniques.


Each class fosters a supportive, non-competitive environment where kids can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
